Shipping

At dual we will ship any orders made before 4:00 PM EST on the same day. We know you love to get your online stuff ASAP!! so we ship ASAP. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
We do not profit from shipping sometimes it is a loss but we are here to satisfy you even at our own cost! We do not charge for handling.

For small items cheapest is USPS express mail. For larger orders we do 2-3 day flate rate USPS and you have tho option of UPS or fedex for larder order.

We also ship to Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Shipments to Canada take up to a week and the other countries can take up to 2 weeks.

Dualspices.com collects and prepays duties on all shipments to Canada. For other countries, you might be responsible for duties and other issues with Customs. We recommend that you contact your customs office and ask if your country allows the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us. Not knowing the regulations of your country can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.
